Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she quit the sport of gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16, when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was required to take six years away from the stage after she received her Pro card to complete the college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing new goals every year. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness titles. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took the first six years of competition to get her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and was crowned 6th place, within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. Ariel competed against the best of top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pull-ups that are performed using machines, as well as bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
